Exodus of Wolfbane II: The Exorcist Awaits is a high-stakes, demon-infested dungeon crawl for 3rd–5th level DCC characters. Set six months after the fall of Wolfbane, players return to Stonewater Island only to find darkness stirring once again. Shadowforde, a key NPC from the original adventure, has fallen under the influence of the demon goddess Lamashtu. To free him—and themselves—the party must dive into the hellish depths of the Demon Pit, battling inner demons, collecting mystical resources, and resisting the ever-tightening grip of corruption. Along the way, players will explore a dynamic, lore-rich world filled with possessed villagers, morally complex choices, and wicked powers offered at a steep price.
 
Expect twisted oaths, repressed memories clawing back to the surface, and intense factional conflict between Lamashtu’s Disciples and the righteous Krexadin Demon Hunters. As players navigate surreal dreamscapes and demonic sanctums, they’ll uncover horrifying truths, unlock potent rune-powered upgrades, and potentially lose themselves—mind and soul—to the very evil they seek to destroy. Every decision has weight, every temptation is a trap, and every victory comes with a cost. It’s not just survival—it’s redemption or damnation. Welcome to the pit.
